Refund Policy

We want you confident in every purchase. If a product materially fails to match its documented description or requirements, contact support within 14 days of purchase.

• Product files cannot be downloaded due to our error
• Documented features are materially missing or non-functional
• Duplicate charge or billing error

Change-of-mind refunds after download, compatibility issues outside documented requirements, or license violations are generally not eligible. Enterprise arrangements may differ.

Email support with your order reference. Approved refunds are processed through Lemon Squeezy to your original payment method. Entitlements are revoked upon refund completion.
